CatchMeIfYouCan631 Posted July 20, 2008 Report Share Posted July 20, 2008 whats goin on. i decided i want to upgrade to xm hd and msn, but i dont know what adaptors i need, and i couldnt find anything after searching. i know i need the GEX-P10HD fpr HD Radio, but ive seen 2 xm adaptors (GEX-P10XMT for XM and NavTraffic, GEX-P920XM for regular XM radio) but neither list the f700bt under compatibility, and ive seen nothing connecting the msn direct to the f700bt. does the 700 not have msn capabilities? PaisanNYC Posted July 20, 2008 Report Share Posted July 20, 2008 I could be wrong but I thought the 90 and 900 series have the MSN Direct, no the 700. The GEX-P10XMT will not help you get traffic. skicrave Posted July 20, 2008 Report Share Posted July 20, 2008 The 920 does not support NavTraffic, but it doesn't matter, because neither does the F-SEries. That functionality has been replaced by MSN Direct on the F900 and F90. MSN is not available on the F700. If you want MSN Direct you'll need to change to the F900.
