Surovich
My Ipod has a battery that doesnt appear to hold a charge (Even though its a new battery) - so when I get in to drive to work in the morning I start with my sirius (through FM) and when the Ipod gets enough juice it take over and becomes the source - and plays all songs, which may even be a Christmas song Kind of odd in August.... Any way I can stop this?
skicrave
This is a bug that has been logged, but it's still super annoying. I almost always plug my phone in when I'm in the car to top off the battery, and it always switches. Unless A/V is turned off, I want it to stay on the source I'm listening to. HiFiSi
The problem is that any time you plug an ipod into the unit, it automatically switches the source to it. In your case, it's already plugged in but the radio doesn't recognize it because it is dead, and when it gets enough charge to run it powers on and the radio thinks it was just plugged in and switches the source. Nothing you can really do about it at this point in time, really. Aside from getting anew ipod with a working battery that is.
