Yes, it is compatible, in the loosest sense of the word. First you have to buy the USB module add-on to hook up the hard drive. And also, the interface for that is so terribly, mind bogglingly bad that it's virtually unusable.

Yes, like just like with the USB module, the HD radio module "works"... meaning it does function, you can get HD radio stations clearly. But the interface is very basic/limited. Here's a link to a topic discussing it. There are also a few others as well, but i can't find them.
