916Kev
I have searched but haven't found anything similar to my problem. I have a 16gb iphone 3g and the f90bt. Basically the other night when I was navigating around my podcasts the unit restarted and continued to do so as long as the iphone was connected. I could disconnect my iphone and play a cd/fm radio and it works fine but when I plug the iphone back in the unit restarts over and over. This just started happening the other night. I reset the unit but that didn't help. Then I tried restarting the car but same deal. What can I do? Thanks.
HiFiSi
It's possible that the ipod cable may have gone bad? To check, just connect the ipod to the radio using the normal USB cable that came with the ipod. You won't get audio and video, but you will be able to use/control the ipod. If the radio keeps resetting after trying that, it's either the ipod or the radio that's causing the problem.
916Kev
I think the problem has to do with the latest iphone update (2.1)
HiFiSi
Well if that's true, I don't think there would be much you could do about it aside from rolling the firmware in the iphone back.
skicrave
I haven't had any problems with my 3G and 2.1 (yet). Knock on wood...
