If you are having problem with you're phone bluetooth and the Pioneer Unit that you may want to check the "profiles" of your phone with your local provider. I compared the "profiles" of the Motorola ve20 (new razor) against Rumor. I'm not too sure which actual profiles they were (someone here my have more info), but there where 2 profiles that the Razor had and the Rumor didn't. I can see why the Rumor doesn't like the f90bt and why the Razor loves it. I'm sure the version of bluetooth has alot to do with some phones not working too, but my issue was resolved easily by checking into these profiles. I as fortunate enough to be month to month on my phone contract so, I could get a new one. But if you just bought a phone a while before you bought the nav. sys. then you may have to pay full retail, wait for an update, or wait out your 2 year ph. contract.
