adam.barb
So what the difference in making .bmp on a mac or pc in photoshop?
CatchMeIfYouCan631
Idk much about why, but I remember there being a problem with the DPI, which I'm going to guess means dots per inch, that it automaticcly went from like 96 to 72, or vice versa. Not exactly sure.
adam.barb
I also tried the software bypass with my mac and when I changed my # to 128.0 and rebooted. The box that says "navigation system is starting up" stays up and never goes away. Any ideas on this situation?
CatchMeIfYouCan631
well The thing does run on Windows so I guess any mods done by a Mac may confuse it. Not sure, as I'm almost computer illiterate
adam.barb
Alrighty, I'll just use my handy VMWare Software and boot up windows on my mac for future mods. It's so nice to be able to run both OS's on one computer. Thanks for all the HELP CatchMeIfYouCan631, I really appreciate it.[/b]

adam.barb
Still doesn't work, the edited day/nightcar.bmp doesn't show up neither does the software bypass work. But the deleted blue box's on the map did work. Any ideas?
berto210
Can anyone help me out, can someone please upload the original 1.001700 version data.zip for the F90BT. I accidentally formatted my SD card and lost my backup. After I uploaded the modded version my unit keeps rebooting. I would like to restore it if at all possible. Thanks for any help. BorisM
You don't need to post it everywhere on the forum... Just go to Pioneer and download the firmware update. It includes DATA.ZIP
berto210
I did that, it didn't fix it. I am assuming the file on their website does not have all the files included in the update, that were originally released with the file correct?
