carsalbuja Posted December 18, 2008 Report Share Posted December 18, 2008 hey i got cha i was on that boat 3 days ago FOR D-3 PEOPLE THE CODE IS 81 83 72 08 (i got it memorized by now) i really hope thedowngrade works for you budd , as for me im screwed in everysingle way , that stupid wrong download of 3.9 gb bricked my unit maybe fried something inside as well, gotta send it back to reflash (if anyone know how to reflash the NG message on thegps progamming please let me know lol)... $200 for pioneer, if you instaled the 3.9 gb by mistake people DO NOT TRY INSTALLING THE 7.9 GB RIGHT AFTER!!!! downgrade first to the 70 version, then in you have the balls try the 7.9 well burned lol i wish i would've read all the posts before i burned that danm 3.9 Quote Link to post Share on other sites

I have that exact same NG message. What does that mean? I really hope I do not have to take my deck out. I drive an Acura TL it was a mission to get it in there now to take it out. Damn! carsalbuja Posted December 18, 2008 Report Share Posted December 18, 2008 ng (no good?) it just means in general the unit has to be programed hooked up to a computer with special software ( pioneer itself) i already try founding that software and hook it up to my computer but was a waste of a full day on the web no torrents nor pirate websites no limewire nothing, i have one more hope today im gonna install Nero 9 in my computer ( i burned with toshiba factory defoult before) on a memorex +DL which is what most people has used here and worked, i'll try it again and if that doesnt work my unit is out to pioneer, man i know i gotta tear all the custom crap on my bemmer as well.. any ideas guys ?? sujestions to fix problem welcome! oh yeah people with the issue what program did you use to burn the second dvd the good one?
