AVICTC Posted October 10, 2008 Report Share Posted October 10, 2008 First off, I want to thank jlong1987 and rotun for helping everyone in the forum! I was able to download the West ISO. Used IMGburn to create a disk at 1x using Memorex DVD+R DL. Inserted the disk into my D1 and it went to the update screen almost immediately. Watched the status bar fill to completion. D1 restarted on its own. Booted up to Pioneer splash screen, but wouldn't load the map. Reset the D1 manually by pushing the small reset button. System restarted, and after a few moments of loading *presto*, the map screen came up and has new streets around me. Thanks again to AVIC411 and all you like minded Pioneer owners! AVICTC Posted October 11, 2008 Author Report Share Posted October 11, 2008 Small Update: The disk that I burned with IMGburn updated just fine, but wouldn't load routes and had glitches when tracking my position across the map. Just re-burned using MagicISO and things seem to be working much better. Probably just a bad burn on the first disk, but if anyone else is having issues, it's not the original ISO that's the problem.
