g0tw33d
Yesterday I activated my MSN Direct code However, after spending 4+ hours driving today I am still getting the "Connecting to MSN Direct" message on the status page. Is it not finding the MSN server or did I do something wrong? My AM/FM/CD/iPod works fine. I'm located in NYC so there are coverages for my area.
offroaderf150
i live in riverside, ca and its a well covered area for msn direct and mine hasnt worked for about 3 weeks. good thing its the trial version. its said "connecting" for 3 weeks now. but just to make sure....it runs through your am/fm antenna, so just assure its plugged in. g0tw33d
Aww that blows. I spent $20 bucks on it for the extended 6 month deal... guess that just went down the drain...
ronster
i had the same problem "connecting to msn direct" message lingering on my unit for 3 days until i finally decided to "reset" the unit by pushing the reset button on the top left portion of the unit. upon rebooting... msn direct was up & running fine. so far so good. if it happens again i'll just do a "reset". hope it works for you! cigga24
reset button worked for me as well. Also when you do, write down your activation code cause you can call and get the signal resent and i think if you register it online you can do it from computer...in case someone else is in car without you i.e wife, girlfriend.
