voice guidance and muting

Recommended Posts

I believe there is also a setting to switch between full mute, lower volume, and nothing for when the voice prompts are heard. Setting it to nothing should fix the problem.

Go into the INITIAL menu, and set the "Mute Input/Guide" setting to "Normal"

You get to the INITIAL menu by turning the AV source to off and going to the AV menu.

yeah theres def something in the settings I forget exactly where it is but I dont think its 3 settings like hifisi is suggsting. been a while since I wa in the menu but i'm pretty sure it just says something like attenuate or theres a 2nd option. attenuate means it will lower the volume of the audio the other setting was to mute the audio. I dont think there was a 3rd option. I could be wrong but I think it was only 2 options.
