Your gonna wanna post that in the D-Series forums... http://avic411.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=6 whiining noises are usually because of different lenght power/ground cables, or your head unit rca cables are next to an unsheilded transmitter/unsheilded power cable. Iceplayagt14 Posted October 15, 2008 Report Share Posted October 15, 2008 You should be just fine with the ground from your factory wiring harness. If your running amp to your speakers, it might be the amp's ground that is putting out that whining sound or your speaker wires are to close to power wires running in your car. If your not running a speaker amp, then just get a factory harness adapter and use the ground from there. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
