Seems most of the people encounter the Insert appropriate disk.. 1.What brand of (+/-)DVD DL. 2.What Burner used. 3.Process etc... This is my first post. Peace... mlarco52 Posted October 31, 2008 Report Share Posted October 31, 2008 mine worked also i just used Verbatim dvd+r DL the program i used was nero startsmart and the way i burned it was in the dvd section in nero startsmart i went to backup then clicked BURN IMAGE TO DISC and found the file and burned it and it worked perfectly Quote Link to post Share on other sites
rickjames Posted October 31, 2008 Report Share Posted October 31, 2008 I made a working copy with Memorex DVD+R DL on the first try. I Downloaded the RAR files off of jlong's ftp, unzipped to get the ISO file, then I burned with Nero 7 Ultra Edition at 2.4x speed. Also verified the burn using Nero. I think the biggest problem that people are having is: A) They don't download the RAR files, and are downloading just the ISO file, which probably ends up being corrupted some way or another. They don't verify the burn afterwards. C) They burn the DVD too fast and/or are not using a brand other than the ones people have mentioned to work (Verbatim, Memorex, etc.) Hope this helps.
