Is there something I'm missing?

I've downloaded and burned the update disc cndv-80mt

it seems to work, it installs when I put in it my avic-d3

but I cant change the time, select a destination on the gps, there's a bunch of greyed out options I cant use. even after a reset it doesnt do nothing, what do I need to be able to actually USE the avic d3, its just a radio and nothing else at this moment

 

anyone as a clue?

I could be a bad burn, did you verify the disk?Make sure your burner is set at its lowest burn rate.

well the burn seemed to be good, at lowest speed, said it was successful, it installed in the car.

 

the reset button is it suppose to erase everything because the previous owners adress and stuff is still in there after a reset..

 

anyways second time I try and I still cant use any options 70% of the buttons are unusuable (greyed out) really dont know what to do, I didnt want to buy a dvd from pioneer because I feel 300$ is a rape :/

its only 120 from pioneer and there are several guys that have sold them on here. I made several and never got a complaint

I just wanted an answer why is it working for everybody else and no one seems to know why mine dosnt work I dont care about paying I obviously will have to but tx aniways

It could be your burner or the dvd your using.Not everyone had an easy time with it. If you want me to make you a copy pm me..
