CONFIRMED fix for IPOD not being recognized at system start

Recommended Posts

I have had problems for weeks with the IPOD not being recognized at system startup. Thanks to someone very smart on here, NOT PIONEER, we have a workaround.

On mine and several others systems, if the SD card is inserted (with or without music I am unsure of..), the IPOD will 95 percent of the time not initialize at bootup.

I have confirmed removing the SD card this week, the IPOD has worked every single time.

PIONEER says this shouldn't be happening after the 2.0 update. (duh.) But at least they are aware of it now.
