Playing Movies from iPod on F700BT

When playing a movie from an iPod, here are a couple of issues:

 

1. There is an annoying square in the upper-left-hand corner of the screen that has the word "iPod" and the time-of-day below it. This square and all the horizontal space to the right of it consume too much of the screen. How can it be eliminated when playing a movie so that the entire 16:9 screen is used for the movie?

 

2. At the bottom of the screen are two boxes: one says "No name" and the other says "No title", even if the movie shows a title on the iPod selection screen. Why is this? Also, how can these boxes be eliminated when playing a movie so that the entire 16:9 screen is used for the movie?
