Snakeyes Posted January 10, 2009 Report Share Posted January 10, 2009 Search the forum. Common problem and usually the Pioneer iPod cable. Get the apple version of the iPod cable, the Pioneer cable is made in China with no obvious attempt at quality control. I went through 2 before searching the forum and finding this happens a lot. I have a Pioneer cable that works now but wonder if it will hose me at some point and I will be back in the dash again. The Apple cable is a much better value and you get a wall charger to boot for the same money as Pioneer. Now if you are having problems with a dead channel other than the iPod you probably have an issue with connections and something is loose or not connected properly.
