As far as i can see on Pipneer's UK site, there is nothing! The iPod search function is painfully slow, and the fact that you can't get rid of the timespace between songs on the library is really annoying. So, anyone, got any news for me? GnatGoSplat Posted January 30, 2009 Report Share Posted January 30, 2009 If this is the UK version of the USA Z-series (and I'm assuming it is since you posted here), they never updated the USA version for faster iPod control either. I wouldn't expect it, this is a discontinued product. However, my AVH-P6800DVD has SIGNIFICANTLY faster iPod control with the exact same CD-IB100 interface so that's proof Pioneer could improve the Z-series iPod speed greatly if they wanted to, but they don't care.
