1zitface Posted February 20, 2009 Report Share Posted February 20, 2009 I am attempting to install an N2 and was wondering if anyone knows if it is necessary to hook up the orange/white lighting switch terminal wire? Also, is it necessary to hook up the blue auto antenna relay control, if you don’t have an antenna? I have the antenna integrated into the windshield. Lastly, does anyone know where to purchase those clamp connectors for wires, like the reverse lamp lead? It would also be great to know where the vsss wire is on my 95 bmw m3, but, I’m not expecting anyone to have that info. Any help would be appreciated Quote Link to post Share on other sites
1zitface Posted March 19, 2009 Author Report Share Posted March 19, 2009 I figured out that the illumination wire doesn't need to be hooked up and the neither does the antenna. The reverse wire clamp can be purchased at any electronics store for dirt cheap and the VSS wire is black and white and can be found on the head unit wiring harness.
