Brook Posted October 11, 2006 Report Share Posted October 11, 2006 I recently had the same problem in my Nissan. Metra makes a wiring harness that utilizes both the RCA and regular power harnesses from the D2, and then hooks directly into the factory harness. That way the amp is getting the pre-amp signal from the RCAs. I got it for my truck, and I imagine they make it for the Ford, too.
