brock.travis Posted March 18, 2009 Report Share Posted March 18, 2009 I don't think your door chimes have anything to do with your head unit. They do if you have a newer GM vehicle. The chimes are originally routed through the factory radio somehow. That's why you have to get the extra add on to enable the chimes and onstar to work when replacing it. To me it sounds like a loose wire or something getting grounded when it shouldnt be. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
