TTS weird and Next Turn showing Area instead of Exit

Is anyone facing such issues with the TTS reading road names as displayed. eg.

 

Displays: (I) (287 South)

TTS Says: "Turn right onto I in 500ft"

 

Displays: South 202/206

TTS says: "Turn right onto South"

 

Also does anyone have problem with next turn showing Area of next turn instead of actual exit number. eg.

 

-when driving along I-287 south, the instruction in the upper green box on screen shows "Bernardsville" instead of showing something like "Exit 17 Rt-22S towards Bernardsville"

 

Is there any way to change the detail show, as I would much prefer seeing the Exit number to gauge my progress instead of just having the area of the next turn

I don't use TTS so I can't help you there, but as for the Benardsville thing. My unit will say the city of the exit, until I reach the city limits then it gives me more detailed directions. Can't say it bothers me. For example on my way to work I take 35W North to 494W, when I first get on 35W it says Bloomington but once I enter Bloomington it says 494W.
