Newman Posted April 9, 2009 Report Share Posted April 9, 2009 hold down the reset button for about 10 seconds. the reset button is located just next to the Eject button in the upper left corner. you will need to use the tip of a pen or a paper clip. if that doesnt help, try calibrating the touch screen again but use the tip of a pen or a paper clip or the included stylus if you still have it instead of using your finger. try to touch the screen exactly in the middle of the cross with the pen. this is more exact than your finger and may help you out. if this still doesnt work you may have a defective unit.
