easton
I have the N-1, and subscribe to sirius. My question is is it possible to subscribe only to the xm nav traffic, and not the xm regular service.
PaisanNYC
You sure can. Details from XM's Site: Service Pricing: XM NavTraffic only: $9.95 per month or XM NavTraffic and XM audio combined: $12.95 audio plus $3.99 NavTraffic = $16.94 per month http://www.xmradio.com/xmnavtraffic/get_nav.jsp
whtcrxghst
I believe you will also need newer software for the N1. Either the CNDV50 or CNDV60

easton
thanks for the help. Any idea how I can get the radio id from the N1?
PaisanNYC
Do you have the GEX-P10MT tuner? If so, let me know. Ill be going out in my truck in a bit so when I get in I will tell you exactly which menus to navigate to find out the Radio ID #. Also if you have the original box for the GEX-P10MT tuner, the radio id # should be printed on the box.
cntrylvr79
It should come up if you tune it to channel 0 as well.
easton
Too be honest im not sure what tuner I have. I bought the n1 from my cousin. Had the guys at best buy install it, and they connected the sirius sportster to it. How would I get to channel zero? I have a hunch I would have to get out of "navigation" mode and try and get to that original screen. Thanks for help!
whtcrxghst
Yep. Thats why there was such a huge demand for the 50 disks when they finally came out. Its on Pioneer's site too Compatibility The GEX-P10XMT is compatible with the AVIC-Z1, AVIC-N3, and AVIC-D2 Navigation Systems, as well as older models AVIC-N2, AVIC-D1, and AVIC-N1 (CNDV-60MP or CNDV-50MTP upgrade software required for AVIC-N1).
