stevec Posted August 4, 2009 Report Share Posted August 4, 2009 I just drove 300 miles with my X710BT today. Not particularly good in sunlight, particularly with polarized sunglasses. Seems to be clearer with my regular (non sun-)glasses in the direct sunlight. yea i use polarized sunglasses too... i wont wear anything else i really wish pioneer would wake up in that these LCD screens perform poorly w/ direct sunlight... there are certain LCD's that are designed for outdoor use... in which the LCD screen is bright and very clear even in direct sunlight... i'm surprised that pioneer hasn't caught on to this.
