Yesterday we installed the Avic 3D and everything works fine except the navigation, he cant find the gps, while its inserted at the back of the device, the screen says no gps cable inserted. The second problem is that we can only see limited options half of them are not highlighted, we can't selected theses options. Can someone help us please? Thank you! BuffaloSS Posted August 13, 2009 Report Share Posted August 13, 2009 The reason many of the buttons are grayed out is due to your first problem...it is not getting GPS signal, and therefore cannot perform those associated actions. Is the unit new? Are you sure it worked before? Antenna possibly bad/wire cut? Quote Link to post Share on other sites
