1loudls
is there a tutorial for it, im super lost when they say ground the cables. please dont take this the wrong way but if you dont know what "grounding" the wires means then you shouldn't be messing with the install at all, and i would get someone that knows what is going on to help you before you turn the unit or your car to toast every car (modern cars) uses a negitive ground system where the negitive terminal of the battery is directly connected the the body(metal of the car), Every electrical component in the car gets its power from a cable(or wire) that is connected to the positive terminal of the battery (and routed through a fuse box or fuse) and since the electrons need to travel in a complete circuit, every component then connects to ground (the body of the car, not the dirt outside) where the electrons can travel through the metal in the body to complete the path to the battery. MWilliamson
I just did the bypass on my X710bt. When I first start the system up a caution screen still comes on when you go into map mode or when you answer a call via bluetooth before going into map mode. How do I get rid of the caution/disclaimer? I've done the 3.00100 upgrade.
