2009 upgrade for the D/N/Z series as well or no???

Hey what's goin on y'all? I was doin a Google search tryin to get info on the 2009 CNDV-90MT and ran across a PDF file of Pioneers 2009 Summer book. For some reason this book is completely different from the one online. I took a look at it and it was saying

Now I was wondering if this is for the actual disc itself that will upgrade the D/N/Z series systems as well. I have attached the link and if u scroll down to page 10-11 you will see what I am talkin about. It has 2 pics of the 2009 maps and details to them.
