pgiinc Posted August 16, 2009 Report Share Posted August 16, 2009 Well I have a older june 07 model that I just use the use the headlight switch and I have install ducati's circuit. it works fine but it does have outdated maps wich cause me problems the other day looking for an advance auto that moved 2 years ago.(got a ticket in this polk town)anyway I bought a upgraded Z1 to Z3 HD on ebay and relized I will have to remove the unit to do the wire bypass then install the HD. I just thinking should I just leave well enough alone or is it worth it to do this upgrade to the Z3? will I be sorry? Or is it a piece of cake and I will be happy i did it . I only paid $45 for the 30gig drive so I could resell it on ebay. any thing I should know? the parking brake wire is grounded from the unit also P Quote Link to post Share on other sites
