Odd F90BT, you've got to hear this!

As the title says, I've got an F90BT installed in my car (about a month old), love the unit, though recently it's started acting very strange, It's hard to convey via forum, here's a sound byte:

It recently started doing this, it works fine for days and days, hours on end, then out of nowhere it will start doing this. While this occurs, the unit still functions normally, you can even listen to music, however it's overpowered by that loud noise coming from the speakers, it's REALLY loud. If you reset the unit, it will come back up, load everything and then several seconds after "mobile phone has been connected" it will start acting up again. Once it starts it doesn't stop for quite some time, and the only way I've found to stop it is to do a series of reboots on the unit, say 20 times, then everything is fine. It's only done this about three times total since I've had it, which have been isolated to the last two weeks or so. It's such an isolated event it's hard to pinpoint. The AVIC has recently been upgraded to 3.0, however it has done this on 2.0 as well. Also, there are no hacks what-so-ever installed, completely OEM.

take the Full Metal Jacket DVD out and try again. sounds like a mounted 50cal. Is that sound coming from the speakers or the unit itself?
