catastrat Posted August 25, 2009 Report Share Posted August 25, 2009 Hello, I have an US F900 unit and I've been able to use European maps with hacked ezrider for fw 2.0 (iGo 8.0). I updated the fw to 3.0101 with no problem, but in order to use European maps, I replaced ezrider with the old one -> same iGo 8.0 (and maps for 8.0, of course). Now I see there is a hacked ezrider for 3.x as well (iGo 8.3), but after putting it on the unit (and the corresponding 8.3 maps), the unit keeps rebooting itself. I tried to put some data.zip files from this forum that are supposed to work with 3.x, but still the same issue. I'm not a newbie, but still I'm unable to figure out what am I doing wrong. Copied in original apl2 directory from european 3.1 update (Uploading zip files to megaupload) 3. And to all of you worried about the license files they are in the apl2 already so all you have to do is download the files and unzip with 7.zip and copy to your unit, then copy the ezrider provided here.
