Creef412
alright, i installed my N2 tonight and almost everything seems to be working allright. Only thing is i got the east disc and removed all the file that began with POI in the idx folder and then reburned. Now it seems like the disc doesn't have any adresses what-so-ever on it. Anyone know if deleting all the POI's is the reason i don't have any adresses or is there something else going on? I might just have to end up buying some DL DVDs but i would like to know the unit is working properly first. Thanks, Creef412

jgon371
guys a quick question: do i need to burn double layer DVDs or can i use regular DVD-R or DVD+R, becuase i dont have a double layer burner... :( thanks in advance jaime humberto
cntrylvr79
You'll need a dual layer, since theres too much data to fit on a single side. I had the same problem till I finally got around to getting a new computer.
jgon371
i read in other post that i can erase some files i.e POI, so it will fit in a regular DVD-R. So is this possible, if so how can i do it and which files can i omit from burning? thanks Jaime H. Gonzalez
PaisanNYC
If you delete the POI files, you will also be deleting some of the street names stored in them as well. Be careful with that. If you are still interested, I will try to find the thread that talks about this and post back.
