Blank Screen fixed restarted "Loading Please wait" stuck on

I finally fixed the blank screen and now after I restarted when it was done loading the "Loading please wait" tab is stuck on the bottom of the startup screen.If I go into either of the 3 icons it will dissapear unless I go back to the startup screen.I used the 3rd updates testmode and the second update files.I didnt have a choice to use the third updates testmode because it wouldnt let me into windows.If I update it with the 3rd update will it fix this problem.The only thing it stops me from doing is going into my settings and phone buttons at the bottom of the screen.If anyone could help I would greatly appreciate.Thanks
