I have a power antenna and it will go up when I select AM or FM but when I select HD Radio, it won't go up. I know I can set it to just always be up but I don't want it to always be up. 1loudls Posted September 30, 2009 Report Share Posted September 30, 2009 yea the power antenna wire can only be set to radio (where it turns the antenna wire on only when the internal radio is the active source) or power (where the antenna wire is turned on all the time when the AVIC is powered on ) it seem that they should have thought about this for the HDradio tuners, just another reason that the external HD radio modules are not thought out fully and dont work as well as internal HD radios.
