kartboybe
Hi!, After Trying for an entire week, every possible combo of Wince/maps/data & software without luck, been reading every posts on this forum, having all the possible problems, (missing mbr/format/blackscreen/reboots/reversed image/settings not working) Hell been driving around without directions or music for a week... So I descided to get the official legal version, hoping by formatting my flash disk, installing the 2 sd cards everything would b fixed... WRONG after the setup of data card 1 going smooth the data card 2 isn't installing and the gps isnt running @ all... Anyone having some tips on what files i am missing? or give me directions to install the 2 in a proper way starting from a blank myflashdisk using Avic-F900BT in West-Europe thx a million! I don't think you're going to get away with formatting and then trying to use Pioneer's update to reload the unit. You need someones backup, specifically that someone needs to be from the UK. If you can find a 2.0 backup, then apply your update after you've restored their backup. If you find someones 3.0 update, then you don't need the update you have as it will already be applied. I have the US version/maps so I can't help you unfortunately.
maddog hoek
Are you booting into the Pioneer Nav software? If so make sure you have the pioneer license files if you are not seeing any maps. The maps are definitely on the 2nd card, so if you have not successfully loaded it that's why you don't see them. 1st card should be 350mb or so and the 2nd one 1.72g. (US version).
