novanut Posted November 24, 2006 Report Share Posted November 24, 2006 I have a 06 F250 with a D1 installed .I have the dimmer wire connected but it does not do anything, I have to use the auto dimmer funtion. How do I fix this? Quote Link to post Share on other sites
jimmy303 Posted November 24, 2006 Report Share Posted November 24, 2006 First, make sure that the wire you tapped into is, in fact, getting +12v when you turn on the parking lights. Second, make sure the D1 dimming fuction is set to auto, not daytime. Go to the connections screen and make sure the D1 is getting the proper signal. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
