jacobpritchett
is it possible to use my ipod via usb as a disk drive, to play movies and such off of? I am only 17 so i dont really have the money to buy the cable to hook into the av1, and my parents are making me wait until christmas before they buy it. So is it possible to just use the usb port? I have done this with my ps3 and i was hoping the avic would do the same.
VBLUE42
No, the software in the unit will not recognize the ipod as a mass storage drive.

another gsxr 1k
LWBSingle, the cable you use for the ipod is a $50 extra for folks that don't have the F90BT. So you are using the special IPOD cable....
jacobpritchett
yeah, and in that case you wont need fancy programs to do that. But if he somehow has figured out how to just use the USB then he truly has done something great.
