Have wanted a nav system forever..BIN'd a x910bt off ebay for $675 - $58 bing cashback!. Anyway i have a few questions. Iphone 3GS...Can you stream bluetooth audio from the iphone to the unit, if so how is it? I know you can hook it up directly,but, I love to have the iphone in my hand controlling everything instead (with no cords attached) Just seems easier IMO especially since im checking mail every 5 minutes it seems. GPS - in the dash will be just fine correct? I am very interested in hacking the unit, video bypass of course..but are there any others to increase functionality or responsiveness? dmalone Posted November 13, 2009 Report Share Posted November 13, 2009 I have the x910BT as well. To the best of my knowledge you can't stream music over bluetooth to the unit. It would seem to me this is a limitation of the unit and not the iPhone as the iPhone now supports stereo bluetooth. I placed my GPS antenna directly on the top of the airbag unit on the passengers side which has nothing but plastic above it and I have had no issues whatsoever with GPS reception.
