elzool
Morning, My wife is an on call hospice nurse in Phoenix, AZ. that works at night from home. When she gets a call she'll then pull up patient x's file, go to mapquest, pull up the directions and send the directions to her cellphone. As 90% of the patients are at known facilities, she'd like to be able to get into her car and pull up whichever facility she is going to, which she already entered as a POI and drive. She'd also like to be able to add her own POIs from a computer as need be. There are also times when she'll have multiple visits and would like to be able to enter something like, leave home and go to point a, then to point b, then to c,d and e...etc She says a list of the nearest starbucks would be nice too. This would also only be used in one vehicle. These are her wants: Easy to use The screen needs to be visible at night without being completely glaring and distracting. Bluetooth capable so when her phone rings while driving she can see who it is and or call from a microphone. (hands free) Large screen Clearly spoken instructions Think it'll work? cntrylvr79
Yeah sounds like your wife would be a perfect receipient of an avic. They can do pretty much everything you're looking for. You might want to consider bypassing the avic though just to make using it a bit easier.

That was nice of him.
elzool
Everything was going well until the shop found out the car make and model.... It's a 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe New everything inside and out No aftermarket harnesses... nothing, so he will have to do custom work.... ie: expensive
cntrylvr79
I'd say wait a month or so. There's kits availible for most of the new hyundais line. I'm sure the 07 santa fe kit is on it's way. As far as the harness goes odds are pretty good it's the same one as the 06 sonata. Which if memory serves is a 70-5520.
