Mr. Underhill
So, I no not to cut the GPS wire. But I mounted by GPS antenna underneath the alarm thingamajiger on my 2002 Saab 9-3 Se Convertible and it works great. It's just space is at a premium on my car, and I got a wad of GPS antenna to hide. Any body know if there is shorter alternative. Or maybe I should just route the GPS antenna to the back of the car? To the shark fiin on passenger side corner? I have a convertibe and there is really no speace that I can think of. I know...don't cut the gps wire. However, many people told me not to touch the silver relfector in my headlight assembly when I went to eCodes...and yes, I touched it alright.... windexed it too. Note to self -- Don't windex the silver refleector inside your hreadlight assembly...that is not a part sold separately.
1loudls
take the wire and coil it up in a 6-8 inch coil and hide the coil under the carpet for the passenger foot area
