Mr. Underhill Posted December 5, 2009 Report Share Posted December 5, 2009 I have a F700bt and I am trying to extend some of the wires that are coming out of the Pioneer Power Harness. I purchased 18 gauge wire at first, then some 16 gauge... but I have no idea what wires are what gauge? None of the wires have any gauge reading on them. 1loudls Posted December 8, 2009 Report Share Posted December 8, 2009 the speaker wires are 20-22 awg'ish and the power and ground wires are a little thicker 18-20awg, 18awg will be fine for the speaker wire and the power, and depending on how far you are extending the wires, you may want to bump the power wire up to 16awg Quote Link to post Share on other sites
