3.0 Update Benefits

What are the benefits to the F-series -> 3.0 update CNSD-100FM?

If I am going to pay $120 dollars for it. I need to know it is worth it.

 

Is the boot up time less?

Touch screen button response any faster?

Stop jumping to map when you get a BT phone call?

Any other problems corrected?

I have read many of the posts here but nothing listing the 3.0 update system improvements. If it is already listed plase post me the link.
