AwolxAdict
just using the aux port on the front?
VBLUE42
You cant put Pandora on the unit but you can get it on your iPhone if you have one. There are a few other phones that support Pandora as well. If you have an iPhone, you can just plug it in to the Pioneer iPod cable and use it that way. You can also use the AV2 input on the front if you have the proper cable.
AwolxAdict
if i were to get an iphone and the pandora app...it would show all functions on the unit screen? Â Â I guess i am a pc and you are a mac.. lol
VBLUE42
No, it will work but will play through the iPod source on the unit. You will need to control the app from the phone.

VTEC976
I tried today to get my BB Tour to play through the front AUX input with a headphone to headphone jack to play Pandora and It wouldn't recognize it. It doesn't even pull up AUX2, just AUX1 where my iPod is. I tried while the car was under power, and after starting it plugged it, and no results. I have used Pandora with my phone and other speakers (traveling outside) without issue, but for some reason it doesn't play. Pandora was playing once I unplugged the headphone jack. Â I tried to activate the AUX input but it only gives me VID and off and nothing else. Â Any theories to why this would happen? I have XM so it isn't that big of a deal, but just another expansion I can use in the car. Â Thanks! Â Â -Gabe
VBLUE42
Switch AV2 to VIDEO plug it in and it should play unless Pandora for BB won't output to head phone output.
cboshuizen
I solved this problem by setting Ant CTRL to 'power'
1loudls
I solved this problem by setting Ant CTRL to 'power' Â then you have made a mistake in your install, you have connected the power antenna wire coming off of the AVIC hooked up to the amp turn on wire for the car. 1loudls
hey VTEC just make sure that your av is turned on in the menu as VBLUE said and it should work fine, my storm plays pandora and slacker radio through the front input with no problems
AwolxAdict
would it work trough USB? if you hook the phone like an ipod?
VBLUE42
Yes as long as you have the proper iPod cable.
