Engine207Capt Posted January 9, 2010 Report Share Posted January 9, 2010 Hi all! I have an '07 Ford Expedition with a D-2 that was installed when I got the truck with 11,000 miles. Everything was working just fine until a couple of days ago. All of a sudden, it was just dead. I opened the dash up and examined the spaghetti, and found that a yellow power wire had come loose from the harness at the plug into the back of the D-2. When I insert the wire back in, it powers right up, but comes loose again, just as I put the dash trim back on! After trying a series of McGyver moves over the past 2 hours to keep it in place, not the least of which involved a roll of duct tape, I just gave up and resigned to the fact that I need a new harness.
