Noslo5oh Posted January 27, 2010 Report Share Posted January 27, 2010 is there any way to use this adapter with an N2 and have onscreen controls? i hooked mine up and i can't control the iphone songs by the phone or the screen on the N2. i have the a/v cable also with the usb hookup CD-IU230V. can either of these work for me? It even shows playlists etc on screen. I have the AVIC-N2 in my car and it doesnt do s**t, it plays sound but you cannot tell where you are in the IPOD or Iphone. If you buy or download the CNDV-90MT you have the same exact features as the N5. http://avic411.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=18831 If you're gonna upgrade, get an AVH-P5200BT with the navigation add on AVIC-U220. The ipod interface is way more advanced and the navigation is Hard Drive controlled for faster, more reliable navigation. The AVH-P5200BT is still a single DIN flipout.
