But now my device number is different so I can't use my upgrade that I had bought. Does anyone know of a way to change the device number? Sorry, your right, your device id is the ID registered to your unit. That should not have changed by a simple software upgrade. Either way, I would still phone Pioneer as you have a legit copy.
