si_pologti Posted March 7, 2010 Report Share Posted March 7, 2010 Hi, I am the proud new owner of an F900BT, picked it up fairly cheap brand new so happy days. Unfortunately my car died last night so I'm yet to install it. So this leaves me with a few questions which I hope one of you kind people will happily answer for me. Numero 1 - I have relocated the "Mute" wire into the 4th hole. Now do I need to slice into the black wire which I guess is the Earth/Ground? And just connect the "Parking Brake" wire into to? Or Do I not do that and just Earth/Ground the "Parking Brake" wire onto something metal? I hope someone can clarify this! Numero 2 - Is it easy to move this around cars? I have my dead car at the moment, so if I was to install this into my other car and then in a few weeks time get my car back, would it be easy to remove and re-install?
