Yesterday I told her to turn down her handset volume and the quality was much improved, just something to try if you're having problems. Tried your suggestion, but it didn't work. Unfortunately, it seems to be related to the phone I'm using as I tried a different phone and the sound quality improved. But I have to say, even with a different phone and the better sound quality, its still no where near the quality I had with my factory deck & factory mic. It's such a bummer too, because I really liked having BT in my car. Oh well, I guess I'm forced to go back to my Jawbone headset Quote Link to post Share on other sites
