bluemobile Posted March 16, 2010 Report Share Posted March 16, 2010 I haven't driven my car all winter so the other day I go to start it up and my D1 screen is blank. All the buttons light up as usual but nothing on the screen. I can turn on the radio and use the controls but can't see what I am doing. Does anyone know if this sounds like a dead LCD or if it's something more serious? If it's just a bad LCD, I will order one and replace it since they are fairly inexpensive. bluemobile Posted April 13, 2010 Author Report Share Posted April 13, 2010 Replacement LCD panel didn't fix the issue. I think the inverter board is bad. The display is very dim. Unfortunately the inverter is part of the entire LCD PCB board which is over $200. Looks like it may be time to start looking for a replacement unit. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
