I turned off the power to the deck, when i started up my truck again my deck will boot up the poineer screen and reboot. I held down the menu and map button, the deck said to hold for reset. I did that and after a few seconds the deck turned off. Any suggestions what is wrong with the deck? or what i can try? I have the 910 Quote Link to post Share on other sites
FamilyMan Posted March 22, 2010 Report Share Posted March 22, 2010 I have the exact same problem. No problem for first 4 months, then dead GPS and I'm in reboot hell. Comes online after between 15 and 60 reboots, depending on my luck. I'm not happy I can't find a phone number on their website to actually talk to someone to find out how to send the unit out for repair either. I found this number 1-800-421-1404 in a google search.
