javo Posted March 28, 2010 Report Share Posted March 28, 2010 Hey guys was up, this is my first post here, but i have been reading and reading for a long time. I have a 2007 nissan 350z and i just had the Z110BT installed. Everything works fine except one thing, When i press the voice command button, the unit goes to mute, as in that button is the mute button and not voice control. jam2001 Posted March 28, 2010 Report Share Posted March 28, 2010 You sure the stereo is not waiting for a command. That was the mistake I made, coming from a factory stereo. I expected the radio to say something when I pressed the button, but instead it was waiting for me to say something. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
javo Posted March 28, 2010 Author Report Share Posted March 28, 2010 No, it puts the unit into mute, and i also though that the screen was suppose to go the the different commands. VBLUE42 Posted March 28, 2010 Report Share Posted March 28, 2010 You have to be on the MAP or AV screen to use VR. And make sure you are not holding the button. Holding it instead of just pressing it will put the unit into mute mode. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
